Stromboli is one of the Aeolian Islands of Italy (38.8N, 15.2E).
Stromboli is on the Mediterranean volcano belt.
STromboli was formed by plate boundaries.
Stromboli is one of the most active volcanoes on Earth. Stromboli is an active
volcano but eruptions are generally small. kThere have been only two deadly eruptions,
in 1919 and 1930. In 1919 four people were killed and 12 homes destroyed. In 1930
3 people were killed instantly and one killed from severe burns.
