Revolving around married duo Cheryl and Andy Winston, the Winstons met in Buffalo, NY, while attending college. The group opened for

Little Feat as their first gig when the chance fell into their lap and the experience was a successful one. After marrying and moving to Boulder, CO, for some "regular" jobs, the two realized their mistake and began writing music again. Their debut, Second Chance, was a local success and gave them valuable studio experience. They produced their next effort, 1998's Vignettes, which gained them national exposure on folk radio. 2002's Coming Through was held up by their strenuous touring schedule, which saw them perform at countless folk festivals around the turn of the century. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide
